Commitment to local culture
At Pacaso, our mission goes beyond providing exceptional properties and hassle-free second home ownership. We also have a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship of local artisans who infuse each home with uniqueness. The natural surroundings guide the design of each Pacaso home, with exterior spaces and location-based activities influencing the furnishings and layout. Our primary design consideration is regional specificity as we seamlessly integrate the outdoor environment with the indoor living spaces. To strengthen our commitment to the communities in which we operate, Pacaso's design philosophy incorporates a "shop local initiative." It plays a crucial role in ensuring that we not only create beautiful homes but also foster positive relationships with regional vendors and artisans. This ethos was at the forefront as we embarked on the interior design of Las Ventanas. The artisans and vendors
Five extraordinary Mexican artisans played pivotal roles in bringing Las Ventanas to life.

Our process and promise
Bringing a Pacaso such as Las Ventanas to life is a carefully choreographed endeavor led by our dedicated operations team. In the case of Las Ventanas, the procurement and design teams skillfully sourced Mexican-made products by collaborating with local vendors and artisans, ensuring the highest quality for our new Cabo home. Designing a 4-bedroom home from scratch is no small task, often spanning several months, and occasionally exceeding a year.
